Enrolling Your Phone or Tablet in DUO and Resetting Your Password - Aveanna Cyber Security Group

Enroll Your Smartphone with Duo Mobile

  • Open Safari or Chrome on your personal smartphone

  • Go to: https://aveanna.login.duosecurity.com/

  • Enter your Aveanna email address and the temporary password provided to you

  • Tap Verify my identity, then tap Next

  • Choose Duo Mobile as the enrollment method (recommended)

  • Enter your phone number and tap Add phone number

  • Tap Send me a passcode, enter the code received, and tap Verify

  • Download the Duo Mobile App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

  • After installing Duo Mobile, return to the browser and tap Next, then Continue

  • Open Duo Mobile when prompted and tap Save when you see Aveanna listed

  • Tap Continue, then Log in with DUO

  • Follow the prompts to reset your initial password

Reset Your DUO Password (if needed later)

  • Visit: Aveanna Password Self-Service

  • Enter your username in the Firstname.Lastname format.

  • Select DUO when prompted.

  • Follow the prompts and approve the authentication on your Mobile Phone when prompted.

  • Create a unique password.

WARNING

  • Changing your Aveanna Password will impact the password you use to login to your laptop, Office365, and any applications that require DUO/SSO sign-in.
